You will need to get your application supported by a healthcare professional involved in your care. This could be a GP, Community Practice Nurse, Voluntary Sector support worker or member of Community Mental Health Team.

Upon receipt of your application you will be contacted by a member of Credo staff and invited down to your local workshop to have a look around the project, meet the staff and other Credo members.
